Purchase Issue Troubleshooting
Note: When you press "Buy Game", if you see "You already own this item", go under Options and tap Restore Purchases.
When pressing "Buy Game" or "Restore Game", nothing happens, or one of the following error messages below:
- Cannot connect to iTunes
- Could not reach Google Play
- Failed to query inventory
- Could not detect game purchase
Solution1. Check Wi-Fi is working
2. Close and re-open Gallery Hero
3. Try Buy Game/Restore Purchases again
4. If this does not work, update the app to the latest version and try again.
