Effective as of August 1st, 2016.
1. About The Policy
*What personally identifiable information ("PII") and Data ("Data") is collected from you through the Game, and why
*How is the data stored, and how the PII and Data may be shared
2. What Data Is Collected?
Our Game does not collect any PII or Data.
We do collect the following information from App Store and Google Play:
*Individual ratings and reviews
*Install and sales numbers
This data is collected from you by Apple and Google when You download the Game, and provided to us to see how our games are doing critically and financially.
3. How Is The Data Stored?
Any PII and Data collected will be stored privately within Rasterzone, and never shared with others outside Rasterzone without your constent. If it becomes necessary to share your data, we will first notify you in writing why, and you will have the option to Constent to sharing or not. We will only share the information if we obtain your Constent. (ex. if there's a billing issue, and we need to forward your information to Google or Apple to get it resolved, we will always notify you first, and will only share it if you give us Consent.)
4. What Data Is Not Collected?
Other companies do more data collection than we do. Some of it is considered common, and so this section describes what we do NOT do for further clarification:
*Rasterzone does not handle any sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers. (Payment processing is done through Apple and Google.)
*The Game does not have access to other data on your Device.
Some links within the Game open a web browser, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or YouTube page.
We simply issue a command to open the link, and the OS passes that on to the appropriate app, separate from our own.
We do not integrate with Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or YouTube API's.
We do not access anything on your device, except for the game data files and save state file that the game creates.
6. California Privacy Rights
We do not store cookies, and therefore we do not respond to "do not track" signals. According to California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide PII are entitled to request and obtain from us once per calendar year, information about the customer information we shared, if any. To obtain this information, please contact us at email@example.com.
7. Children's Privacy
This site does not knowingly intend to collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If a child has provided us with PII, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if they want this information deleted from our records. We will then make efforts to delete the child’s information from the database that stores information for this site.
